Our Matthias has reached the one year mark.  Just a few clips of our excursion to the NH Sheep n' Wool Festival. This is probably one of my favorite little events that occurs here on an annual basis.  In a few more days we will hopefully be the stewards of about a dozen chicks. We are more than half way through the incubating time necessary to hatch out some little biddies of our own. For Christmas the kids received little 'carpenter's' kits from Aunt Laurie! They were all thrilled with having their own little hammer, goggles, and builders apron. The other night we opened up the little house project and put that together with them. On Kiera's Birthday we went out to a park for a few hour and the kids got a little class on how to throw a Frisbee. After several fly aways they seemed to get the hang of it. These will probably be the last posts I make with Kiera's front baby teeth. This week she lost one of the top front teeth and the other on is hanging on by a thread. Well, Jonas is our man of silly faces. This boy was not created to be a city dweller. On our trek back south of the boarder we actually did something fun just as our family (which was a first but definatly not the last). We went camping in the Badlands and saw Mt. Rushmore. After posting this morning we all loaded up and headed out to do some grocery shopping. Once we had made our purchases, we headed out to load up and get home for lunch. Well, this is what the kids looked like a good deal of our cross country trip back home. We were all WIPPED out, but there was definatly plenty of awake time. I would like to state that I am very thankful that we have such superb travelers in our kiddos, seeing that there is a lot of travel involved in this line of work. During our whirlwind trek to NH in June we did get the opportunity to have a little one on one with my (Beth) folks where went to Maine. Just want you all to know that we have been meaning to send out an email update on some of what has been going on recently in our lives but the Computer does not want us to be able to do that.
