These are certainly not the snow days of last year but we have gotten enough to say that it has 'snowed'. The kids enjoy getting the most out of every dusting that we have received this winter though their snow gear has definately NOT seen the action of last winter. I for one am very thankful for the change in seasons that we are blessed with here in the northeast. This cold change gives the time for busy moms to sit and read more to little ones, begin teaching new crafts, finishing up on long planed out projects and take a new look at the world. Enjoy the new look that winter gives or take a step back and look anew, it helps keep our perspective on things that have REAL value!

I always enjoy "seeimg" into your lives :) I totally agree on that perspective! We have just had two weeks of blizzards and have thoroughly enjoyed the chance to stop and enjoy snow castels, crafts and lots of stories :) Hugs!
