Spring is HERE!

Today was a GORGEOUS taste of spring weather! There have been signs of growth around the house here for a few weeks but with two snow falls after the first of April it was not looking too hopeful outside. . . .until the past day or two. It has been probably more fun for me than the kids to watch our little seedlings come up through the soil (though the photo below is of my shamrocks (which are a bulb type) that my mum shared with me). The trays of tomatoes, eggplant, and several flowers are sitting on one end of the kids school table and are easily observed through out the day.
As seeds are poking through the soil our little Matthias has joined the growing ranks and is now sporting two tiny teeth. The funnest part of his new teeth has been the silly faces that have accompanied there growth.

The snow has also melted completely from our yard so today I was able to get in a few minutes of yard work and relocated some plants to a location that hopefully suits their taste a little better. As the warm weather becomes more of a norm. around here I have also been trying to finish up some indoor projects as they will not be given much attention with the arrival of SPRING!
