Christmas with the Jackson's

Yes, I realize that CHRISTmas has passed, but bear with me as keeping up with homeschooling, toddler, baby, meals, ministry, moving (hopefully that will be completed soon) are a very full plate especially when illnesses join in the picture. We are all feeling 98% better now which is a huge blessing and also not everyone in our family got bit by the stomach bug. So here are some memories from the Jackson side CHRISTmas get together. Above we have Susan (Micah's lovely wife) getting some cheese and cracker plates together. Below we have Mum and Leah enjoying being together!

Kiera really did like the gift she was just not sure what it was and then once she was able to put it to use she has enjoyed it (a little builders set that I showed in a previous post).

Jonas and Nathaniel (Scott's son) have really been enjoying each others company, it's nice to have 'teens' that still enjoy kids in other age groups.

It was a relaxed get together though it sure did seem that the whole weekend really flew by, perhaps that is b/c of the day of the week that CHRISTmas fell. Perhaps it is that it has been a while since we have been around family to celebrate this holiday. Either way we are thankful that we were able to see so many family and Matthias just thought that the lights and bows were the best. Poor kid he is such a good sport no matter what is going on. . .even if he is being 'dressed - up'. That is all for tonight. . . enjoy your new year and remember that every day is a new day!
