Cumbres de Majalca

City life is not well suited to 'country bumkins' so we took off for the day and went to a State Park in the area.
As we continue to wait for more details to come together we have been taking some opportunities to show my (Beth's) sister Leah around parts of Mexico.
We mentioned some things that each of us were thankful for and one that stands out to me from our day trip was just the how BIG God created the Earth. Though there are now billions of people that populate our planet there are still a few places where you can go and not hear anything of civilization.
We were met with a few special sightings during our day. . . a few tarantulas, a praying mantis, some western scrub jays, white tailed deer, and a very upclose view of a red tailed hawk!
Mabri enjoyed splashing in the water.
Jonas is a climber (like his daddy) and had a great time with all of the rocks that we found.
Kiera put in some enjoyable moments in the hammock, and exploring the terrain around us.
One of the deer just checking to see that we were not following.
Thanks for following our lives as we follow where the Lord has us. Jeremy has been back and forth on the phone with our partners as the house search continues. Please continue to pray with us that we would be still enough to listen and hear the Lord's voice directing our steps!
